Shipping Policy:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (within the U.S.).

• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee:

We take great pride in the quality of our molasses. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you’re simply not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept opened containers for return.

• We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue — just email us at betterthanhoneyco@gmail.com with your order number and concern.

• In most cases, return shipping is not required for food items, but we may ask for photos to better understand the issue.
